Lisa Graves, Executive Director

Lisa has worked in the senior living industry for over 20 years. What began as helping an elderly neighbor while growing up in Northeast Ohio became a lifelong passion. During her career, Lisa has enjoyed working in many aspects of Senior Living including skilled nursing, long term care and assisted living. She is a cheerleader of the many benefits of moving into assisted living and fondly refers to it as “the cruise ship without leaving port.” In her spare time Lisa enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her friends and family.

Jodie Young, Director of Nursing

Jodie came to Danbury with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Jodie and her family reside in Grove City where she has been very blessed to serve Seniors in our community for 8 plus years. She truly enjoys assisting families and seniors to navigate some of the challenges that develop over time. Her favorite quote is “To Care for those who once cared for us is one of the highest honors -Tia Walker”

Katie Broadright, CEAL, Director of Sales and Marketing

Katie has been a part of the Danbury Senior Living family since 2012. “Having been through this with my own mother, I understand the physical, financial, and emotional challenges of caring for a loved one who is no longer able to live at home. Knowing when it was time to move Mom to senior living was the toughest decision I ever had to make. It was also the right decision.” Katie grew up in North Carolina and was a Realtor for Century 21. She and her husband live in Westerville and have 3 children, all who have worked or volunteered in our communities. “I love the senior living environment. The most important job I have is reminding our residents that they still have a purpose, and they are valued. I truly believe the Danbury communities are the best in senior living and I am excited to bring more people into the Danbury family in Grove City.

Clare Theis, Business Office Manager

Clare is a graduate of Loudonville High School and Ashland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. She joins us with over 20 years of customer service experience. Clare is excited to be a part of the Danbury Grove City community as she has always enjoyed meeting new people and building relationships. In her free time Clare enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Sandi Di Toma, Life Enrichment Director

Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Sandi graduated with a BA in Secondary Education but has found that Life Enrichment is the career she feels she should have always had!  She has extensive experience planning and implementing activities for seniors and loves planning events that brighten their days.  In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and family.  Hiking, kayaking, gardening, and spending time in the mountains are her passions

Rocky Nutter, Environmental Service Director

Rocky has worked in the senior living industry for over 13 years. Prior to that he worked in the construction industry for many years. Rocky went to The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design. When he’s not at work he can be found working on his property and taking care of three Saint Bernards and three horses.
