Shauna has been working in the healthcare field for 10 years, spending the last 4 of them working in Assisted Living. She found her purpose and passion for caring for others when she began caring for her grandmother, jump starting her healthcare career. Shauna first came to Danbury in 2019 as a floor nurse and through her ambition and dedication for the residents she became promoted to our Director of Nursing. Shauna's mentality is to provide the best care possible while treating each resident with respect and love. As the Director of Nursing, Shauna is always willing to jump in wherever she may be needed to work as a team in creating the best home for our residents.
When Shauna is not working with our residents she enjoys hiking, fishing and camping with her husband Matt and their daughters Haylee and Kennedi and son Jase. What Shauna enjoys most is when her work family and home family get to come together for special events at the community.
With more than 20 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and community outreach, Lesley is focused on helping others achieve their goals. Her no-pressure approach and passion for helping the aging population led her to Danbury Westerville. Hardworking, dedicated, and creative, Lesley is committed to always doing her best to assist in any way possible and feels her job is done well only when her residents feel good about the decisions they’ve made working with her. She is great at problem-solving and is thrilled to have the opportunity to network, collaborate and build strong relationships within the industry.
