Leasa Albanese, Executive Director
Leasa has worked with Senior Citizens for over 24 years, the last 14 with Danbury Senior Living. She began her senior living career as a fitness director for Wooster Community Center teaching water fitness, line dancing and a variety of other classes. This led Leasa to become the Activity Director for an assisted living community. She was the Marketing Director for Danbury Senior Living in Cuyahoga Falls before becoming the Executive Director in North Canton. Leasa enjoys her position because of the warm family atmosphere that is present from the moment you walk through the front doors. She appreciates the team efforts of the staff and enjoys the friendliness of the residents.
Kim Kincaid, Director of Sales and Marketing
Although new to the Danbury family, Kim has enjoyed working in this capacity with seniors for the last 15 years. It has been more rewarding than she could have imagined, and a joy to be able to guide seniors and their families through what can be a difficult decision. Kim feels that this is her calling and it’s definitely her passion. Kim's time away from work is spent with her husband, Alan, their four adult children and eight grandchildren, who are the lights of their life. They all enjoy the outdoors, especially during boating season.
Kathie McDonald, Business Office Manager
Kathie has been with Danbury for 11 years. Her prior leadership experience is as an administrator of a child care center and a manager of a restaurant. Kathie appreciates the diversity of each resident. She orchestrates the operations of the front desk and business office and is eager to assist residents and co-workers.
Kate Cianchetti, Director of Life Enrichment
Kate joined the Danbury family in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant at Danbury in Brunswick. Prior to working at Danbury, she attended the University of Akron and then worked as an Activities Coordinator. When the opportunity to join the Danbury North Canton team in the Life Enrichment Director role came up it was one she knew she was meant for. Kate says in this role she is “living the dream” as entertaining seniors and planning events and activities are her passion. When she’s not entertaining our residents and keeping them active you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her fiancé, Andy, and their 3 dogs. They enjoy kayaking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Paula Cyphert, Executive Chef
Paula has been with Danbury for some time now. With a background in country club, college and corporate dining she enjoys working with the residents and taking care of people. She especially enjoys working church dinners. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her parents and family. Paula looks forward to serving as Executive Chef for the residents at Danbury North Canton.
