Michele has been with Danbury Senior Living for over 10 years. Certified in Office Administration from NIT, she began her career with Danbury Senior Living as the receptionist at our single building in Cuyahoga Falls and with our growth in Cuyahoga Falls, is now the Business Office Manager for Danbury Woods. Michele states that "It's not going to work, it's going home and the residents are my family.” Working with the senior population is not a job to her, it’s a privilege.
Debbie has been with the Danbury family for 2 years. She started at Tallmadge Danbury as a Receptionist & Driver. Prior to working in senior care, Debbie and her husband ran a trucking company for over 30 years. She was also well qualified for driving for Danbury as she had been a school bus driver for 25 years! Debbie’s love of caring for seniors stems from caring for aging family members and loved ones with dementia. When Debbie was able to transition to the Life Enrichment Director position for Cuyahoga Falls, she knew that’s where she belongs. She feels blessed to get to work with seniors and hear the stories of their lives, laughter, and all that they do. Debbie has a daughter, a son, 6 amazing grandkids, 2 dogs (one a puppy that eats socks, shoes and furniture!), and 1 cat. In her free time Debbie enjoys spending time with her grandkids and going to church.
Dan has been apart of Danbury Senior Living since April of 2011. He has worked hard to move up in the company by watching and learning beside many talented cooks and chefs. Dan loves his Danbury Family at Cuyahoga Falls and strives to make every plate, event, and dessert nothing the best! Dan also enjoys camping, coffee, making people smile, and spending time with family and friends.
Joyce joined the Danbury team in 2014. She comes in everyday knowing she will put a smile on the residents' faces. Joyce is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Joe. They have 3 children, Tara, Megan, and Joey. When she's at work she doesn't feel that it is a job, but like she is at home. She finds joy in knowing she's making a difference in the residents lives.
