Danbury Presents R.O.P.E.
Recognition Of Performance Excellence (R.O.P.E.) honors those Danbury employees who go above and beyond their job duties to make the community a family where the Danbury Difference truly shines. We’re proud of our staff and excited to make recognizing individuals at our various communities a part of our regular routine and our culture of excellence.
Celebrating Excellence at Danbury Senior Living
Each month, one team member from every Danbury location will be recognized for their contributions to the culture and community at Danbury. Winners will be announced on each community’s Facebook page, or follow #ROPEaward on Facebook to see the winners!
Employees recognized for their contributions to the community receive:
- A chance to spin the prize wheel
- Certificate from the Executive Director
- Article in monthly newsletter, Facebook and website posts
R.O.P.E. Nomination Process
Peers and residents choose the recipients of the R.O.P.E. award. As a co-worker, resident, or family member, nominate an employee who you believe has made a difference to show them the appreciation they deserve!
- Residents, visitors, or team members can submit nominations via nomination card or website.
- You can only nominate an employee one time per month, but you can nominate more than one employee per month. The leadership team is excluded from being nominated and from submitting nominations.
- The leadership team will combine all the nomination cards from both boxes and determine one winner each month
