Life Enrichment touches all aspects of engagement with residents, from enriching group activity programs, events, and outings to assisting individuals with special interests and self-directed activities. The director coordinates offerings through planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall program using standard and innovative methods that encourage well-being.
Under the direction of the Life Enrichment Director, this professional plans and coordinates a therapeutic program to meet the spiritual, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of residents who live in the secure Memory Care neighborhood.
Members of the Life Enrichment department contribute to coordinating programming and work with the director and other staff to carry-out the special and standard programs.

The Office Manager interacts with residents and their sponsors in financial matters.

The Receptionist assists residents and guests alike in answering general questions about the activities of the day. The receptionist is experienced and efficient in clerical support for the administrative personnel.

This person is a member of the community leadership team.
In this position, you would to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day activities performed by resident companions. Supervision is under the direction of the Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
This position is fundamental in that you provide each of your assigned residents with daily care and services in accordance with their individual assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your nurse. Each housekeeper performs their day-to-day activities as a member of the Environmental Services department and in accordance with current standards. Housekeepers clean and maintain community spaces and individual apartments.

Under the direction of the Environmental Services Director, Maintenance Assistants maintain the grounds, community, equipment in a safe and efficient manner to assure that a successful environmental program is maintained at all times.
This director has extensive experience in providing fine dining in a variety of venues and plans, organizes, develops, inspires, and directs the overall operation of Dining Services to assure that delicious quality nutritional services are provided and that the department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
In these positions, one prepares appetizers, meals, desserts, snacks, and special event foods under the direction of the Executive Chef in accordance with standards and established policies, and work creatively with the Executive Chef to please the palates of residents.
This person insures proper service in the manner most pleasing to residents and guests and assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in Dining Services staff. The Dining Manager works under the direction of the Executive Chef and provides assistance in all dining functions and oversees Dining Services serving staff.
As a support for Dining Services, this position is a wait staff server and well as working in the kitchen to provide support services. When working in the capacity of wait staff, you are working directly with residents and guests in serving food and beverages.
With senior living sales and marketing experience, this director develops, coordinates, directs, makes recommendations, and administers our community’s sales and marketing programs and services. Often one of the first people to greet the public, this individual personifies Danbury Senior Living to the greater community.
